Fit Friday – Sweet and Spicy Asian Tuna Salad

I threw this together and it happened to be delicious with a nice kick to it!!  And low in calories!  Sorry, this is my phone’s camera…

1 Starkist sweet and spicy tuna pouch (This tuna is great in stir-frys too!)

1 Tbsp Helman’s light mayo

1 Tbsp Kraft light Asian toasted sesame dressing (awesome low-cal dressing)

2 Tbsp cucumber, diced

1 Tbsp green onion, chopped (I always use kitchen shears to cut these)

2 Tbsp slivered almonds (Toast these like the last salad recipe in a pan over medium-high heat until lightly browned and fragrant)

Mix all ingredients together and scoop atop spinach leaves or your favorite lettuce.  Serve with baked pita chips or other crackers.
