Fit Friday – Herbalife Wild Berry Shake Recipes

We just recently added Herbalife’s Wild Berry Healthy Meal to our selection, so I decided to try a few different recipes.  Of course you have the normal fruity recipes where you just mix some fruit in or banana pudding mix, and it turns out kind of like a smoothie.  I’ve also heard of the Crunch Berry shake, which my husband loves.  But I wanted to try some things I hadn’t heard of yet.  I had a few misses but some definite hits as well, so those are what I’m going to share with you!

(This first one is my favorite!  It tastes just like a berry streusel!!!)

BERRY STREUSEL SHAKE          289 calories, 10 grams sugar

Vanilla PDM and Wild Berry HM

1 Tbsp vanilla pudding, 2 Tbsp quick oats, ½ Tbsp pecans, 1 tsp vanilla extract, cinnamon

(I love berries and chocolate together.  I also love almond extract.  The result – this delicious recipe!)

BERRY ALMOND CHOCOLATE PIE       278 calories, 10 grams sugar

Chocolate PDM and Wild Berry HM

1 Tbsp cheesecake pudding, 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa, 1 Tbsp almonds, ¼ tsp almond extract

olive-garden-white_chocolate_rasberry_cheesecake(This was supposed to be like Olive Garden’s white chocolate raspberry swirl cheesecake with the Oreo crust.  It kind of tasted like that but probably would’ve been better with some fresh raspberries or sugar free raspberry preserves/jam added.  Nonetheless, it was still tasty!)

WHITE CHOCOLATE BERRY CHEESECAKE     250 calories, 8 grams sugar

Vanilla PDM and 1 scoop Wild Berry HM and 1 scoop Cookies and Cream HM

1 Tbsp cheesecake pudding, 1 Tbsp white chocolate pudding

  1. Is this for an actual cheesecake or a shake?
