Fit Friday – Herbalife Shakes (Nutella, Wendy’s Frosty, and Peanut Butter Maple)

Nutella Shake

  • Vanilla PDM
  • Dutch Chocolate HM
  • 1 Tbsp Sugar Free Hazelnut Coffee Creamer
  • 1 Tbsp Sugar Free Chocolate Pudding Mix

Wendy’s Frosty Shake

  • Vanilla PDM
  • Dutch Chocolate HM
  • 1 Tbsp Sugar Free Vanilla or Chocolate Pudding Mix
  • a tiny dash of root beer extract

(Don’t ask me why, but for some reason, the root beer extract makes this taste like a Wendy’s frosty! If you put too much in, it’s still good – it just tastes more like a root beer float with chocolate ice cream.)

Peanut Butter Maple Shake

  • Vanilla PDM
  • Dulce de Leche HM (or French Vanilla or Cookies and Cream)
  • 1 Tbsp Sugar Free Vanilla Pudding Mix
  • 1 Tbsp PB2
  • Maple extract

(Love the pb2 and maple extract combo in oatmeal too!)
